What to Expect
The Old First Ward Art Festival is an all day Arts & Music Festival taking place just outside the Old First Ward Community Center and The Barcalo building along Republic St. between Vincennes St. and Louisiana. Check our list of live music, art installations and, free art workshops you can participate in throughout the festival. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, water fountains are available to fill your bottles inside the community center as well. 42 Beer Truck will be on site
with beer, wine and seltzers for sale. The community center will be grilling hot dogs, hamburgers, and sausages.
Free samples of foods from restaurants around the neighborhood will be available at our Taste of the Ward and new
this year El Gran Coqui food truck will be parked at Kentucky and Republic Street.
Feel free to bring chairs for watching the bands.

Transportation
We strongly encourage car pooling, ride sharing, biking, boating, public transit or walking to the festival. Parking in the direct vicinity of the festival is often taken up by neighborhood residents.
You can find street parking along Louisiana Street, South Park Street and parts of Ohio Street.

You can find parking after 3pm at Undergrounds Coffee House.
Park and walk down Hamburg St. to Republic St.
